Chris Howard possesses more than a decade of experience
in the profession as a rodman, instrument person, crew
chief, field crew coordinator and surveying technician.
He served as the lead crew chief for more than 20 miles
of gas pipeline in Montague County, Texas, as well as
the surveying for the development of 24 miles of gas
pipeline easements in Clay County, Texas for Pecan
Pipeline Company’s Henderson Gathering System,
overseeing five field crews in conducting
topographic and boundary surveys, followed by
construction and as-built surveys.
His experience includes: infrastructure surveys;
construction design surveys and layout of sites ranging
from small sites and subdivisions, to hotels and high
rises; aerial photography and LIDAR control surveys,
transportation surveys; several pipeline projects;
regulatory environmental surveys; boundary surveys; oil
and gas lease and location surveys; topographic surveys,
all forms of boundary survey including retracement,
He is field experienced in a broad range of both GPS and
conventional equipment and procedures, including, but
not limited to Leica, Trimble and Topcon brands. He also
has training in AutoCAD, ESRI, and other drafting and
mapping software.
