Great Southwestern Land Surveyors, LLC,
which comprises a Licensed State Land Surveyor,
a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, Surveyor in
Training, field personnel and administrative staff
provides professional land surveying services for a wide
variety of industries, including the title industry, oil
and gas industry, and the design and construction
industry. We provide: ALTA/ACSM surveys to title
companies; well locations, unit surveys, pipeline
right-of-way surveys and more to oil and gas companies;
design, boundary and topographic surveys to the
engineering and architectural professions; and
construction staking, 3-D modeling and machine control
support for the construction industry. Additionally, we
can address any surveying issues related to ownership of
state land.
We provide efficient and accurate
results, as we are well practiced in creating geodetic
control networks for project sites in many areas,
including East and North Texas. In the East Texas
Network, we have created a high accuracy geodetic
control network for surveying and mapping that covers
Nacogdoches, Shelby, San Augustine, Sabine, and Angelina
Counties, and it is set up to be expanded to any new
areas in which we may have the opportunity to work.
This 60 mile x 60 mile control network allows our
surveying crews to work on a large scope projects, while
relating many small projects throughout the coverage of
the control network.

survey and the million dollar construction project
