McLane Student Life Center – Baylor University, Waco, Texas

Boundary Survey, Topographic Survey, Subdivision Plat with extensive easement definition was required to obtain the building permit necessary to begin construction on one of the finest and most innovative university student life complexes in the country.

George Truett Seminary – Baylor University, Waco, Texas

Boundary Survey, Topographic Survey, Subdivision Plat and construction staking were performed to facilitate site design and extension of utilities to this site, and to obtain the building permit for this major new Baptist Seminary.

Armstrong Browning Library – Baylor University, Waco, Texas

Housing the largest collection of Robert Browning and Elizabeth Barrett Browning manuscripts and memorabilia in the world, our boundary, topographic, and utility surveys allowed for the design and construction of a new south portico for this historic central Texas structure.

Athletic Complex – Baylor University, Waco, Texas

Our boundary and topographic surveys formed the basis for the design of Baylor’s baseball and softball stadiums, tennis center, and soccer field and practice facility. This facility is considered a world class athletic complex.

Baylor Sciences Building – Baylor University, Waco, Texas

Situated on the site of the old intramural fields our boundary and topographic surveys formed the basis for the design and construction of the largest university science complex in central Texas.

Kennedale High School Campus – Kennedale, Texas

This comprehensive boundary and topographic survey was performed on this 20+ acre campus to allow for the design and construction of access ramps to bring this facility in compliance with A.D.A. requirements.

Kennedale Elementary School Campus and Administration Complex – Kennedale Texas

The boundary survey on this project involved retracing and defining the boundaries of the original 1913 donation tract to the first Kennedale School. The boundary and topographic surveys were made to facilitate the expansion of the elementary school gym and for improvements to the football facility.

University High School Campus – Waco, TX

Our firm performed a boundary and topographic survey to design improved access and traffic flow to this campus to improve vehicle flow and to promote safety for student pedestrian traffic.

Mexia Elementary School Campus – Mexia, TX

Our firm performed extensive boundary and topographic surveys to facilitate and design of an expansion of the gymnasium and accompanying facilities, as well as construction staking for the layout of the facility.
