Construction staking for foundations, utilities, parking, drainage systems, and signage for a major retail distribution warehouse facility performed. The scope of services included in this project also included calculation and location of all control points, verification of engineers’ site calculations, cut sheet preparations, quality control/quality assurance activities, and coordination between contractor and engineer for all layout activities.

Construction staking performed for a 40 and a 36 story office-building complex.  The scope of services included in this project also included calculation and location of all control points, verification of engineers’ site and structural calculations, plumbing of structure, preparation of weight calculations, field engineering for redesign activities, quality control/quality assurance activities, and coordination between general contractor and engineer for all layout activities.

Performed topographic survey of future site to facilitate design of the facility, as well as, providing construction layout services for the facility.

Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home As-Built, Clifton, TX

We performed a post-construction as-built survey of the grounds and improvements.

Bardin Professional Center - Grand Prairie, TX

Provided survey support of professional engineering services included preparing complete site development plans consisting of site utilities, paving, storm drain design, and parking area lighting layout and design.

Fourth Avenue Church of Christ - Dallas, TX

Boundary Survey for preparation of the Final Plat, as well as, provided survey support for professional engineering of a new 8” AWWA 900 water line. The new line design considered reconnection of existing service lines and installation of new services. City Plan #S034-288.  

Franklin Village Shopping Center - Waco, TX

Providence Hospital Expansion - Waco, Texas

Two stories were added to this existing major medical facility in Waco, Texas. Access to interior columns were obtained, column lines were defined and projected from the building to the ground to establish the surveying control needed to facilitate this specialized construction project. Topographic surveys and construction staking was undertaken to provide for design and construction of additional parking facilities and drainage to accommodate the expansion of this facility.

Texas Sports Hall of Fame - Waco, Texas

We performed a boundary and topographic surveys to facilitate the expansion of the sports hall of fame and adjacent parking lot.

Hillcrest Hospital Complex - West, Texas

Boundary and topographic survey of this historic site of the old west hospital for the purpose of improving and expanding the existing facility to serve the residents of the largely Czechoslovakian central Texas community with state of the art medical care.

DaySpring Baptist Church - Waco, Texas

Boundary and topographic design survey for the architect to conceptualize this uniquely designed worship center.  Other services included a subdivision plat, an ALTA/ACSM survey for permanent financing, construction staking of the site and the cul-de-sac extension to provide access to the site.

Appleby's Restaurant Site, Waco, Texas
